Poly-cotton woven fabric, including air-jet spinning, ring spinning, vortex spinning, and Siro-spun, with yarn counts ranging from 7s to 45s, available in both single yarn and plied yarn, and fabric widths from 41 to 63 inches. The fabric is available in various blend ratios, such as T90/C10, T85/C15, T80/C20, T75/C25, T65/C35, as well as CVC blends like CVC50/50, CVC55/45, CVC60/40, CVC70/30, CVC80/20, and CVC90/10.

This fabric comes in multiple specifications, including plain weave, twill, jacquard, double-layer, bubble fabric, brushed, regular, and mercerized finishes. It is also available in a range of designs, such as white weft, solid color weft with white warp, warp and weft in different colors, solid color denim, oxford, herringbone stripes, yarn-dyed stripes, six-color checkered, stretch fabric, reactive dyed, and Shirling-dyed.

Production Process:

The yarn-dyed production workshop has more than 300 air-jet looms imported from Italy and Belgium, as well as dyeing and finishing equipment such as Lixin dyeing vats, Swiss SSM loose winding machines, Karl Mayer warping machines, Lixin radio frequency dryers, and Lixin Monfushi setting machines. It has one-stop processing equipment and production capacity for dyeing, sizing, weaving, and finishing. The annual output of high-end yarn-dyed shirt fabrics is more than 20 million meters; yarn-dyed functional fabrics have won the "Best Creative Development Award" of the industry association many times. The main products include pure cotton, polyester-cotton, CVC flannel, etc., as well as high-count and high-density yarn-dyed fabrics, youth fabrics, bamboo casual fabrics, rice cloth, stripes, plaids, small jacquard products, bubble cloth, stretch fabrics, pure viscose, cotton and linen, pure linen, polyester-viscose, bamboo polyester and other special yarn multi-component fabrics, as well as medical special fabrics, Shilin dyed fabrics, etc. There are more than 5,000 jet looms and large rapier looms dedicated to weaving grey fabrics for batik printing and white blank orders, producing pure cotton, polyester-cotton, cotton-linen, polyester-viscose, stretch, anti-static, bamboo, small jacquard and other clothing, workwear, medical and nursing grey fabrics.
